Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely family stay at this hotel, with a kind manager who truly went out of his way to make our experience special by waiving extra fees for my son. The room was comfortably laid out for all four of us, but I did find it a bit noisy at times. However, the hot spring was a highlight for us, adding to the charm of our visit.
I had a great stay at this hotel, just a couple of blocks from the main train station in Kagoshima. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and I really enjoyed the spa facilities. However, the dining options were limited, and the rooms, while clean, were a bit small. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable experience, and I felt it was good value for the price.
I had a pleasant experience at this hotel with clean and comfortable accommodations, and the onsen was truly a fantastic bonus after exploring the area. However, I did encounter some noise issues which affected my sleep, and parts of the facility felt a bit outdated. That said, the value for money was definitely decent, and I appreciated the spacious spa area immensely.
My stay at the Silk Inn in Kagoshima was truly delightful! The warm service and welcoming atmosphere made it a standout choice. I was amazed by the immaculately clean rooms and the fantastic spa facilities. However, the room size was typical for Japan, which might feel a bit cramped if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, an excellent value for the experience provided, especially during peak season.
I had a delightful stay at the Silk Inn Kagoshima, where the warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The clean and comfortable rooms, along with the fantastic spa, were highlights of my visit. While the dining options were limited, the local specialties were truly delicious. Overall, I found the hotel to be excellent value for money, though a little noise from the hallways was a slight drawback.
